Child Protection case management is a process conducted by qualified and trained case workers/managers dedicated to follow up on child protection issues and respond to the identified risks, including referral to specialized services.
Case management ensures that every child assessed, and found in need of a long-term intervention, is well supported and referred to other service providers (as needed) for a complimentary intervention which will be registered into the Case Management system. Case Managers and Case Workers will ensure adherence to standard case management processes from case identification, assessment, planning and referral to case closure.
